I lay on the table and Rowena placed her hands on my feet, following guidance from another layer of life. I experienced an overwhelming draw into rest and sleep, a rare response to gentle holding; almost immediately I fell asleep. Clearly, Rowena was in an open and receptive state, which allowed her to receive guidance, and do appropriate movements.
