Three bodywork services are available: Spiritual Healing, Massage, and Energy Work.
Spiritual Healing
A spiritual healing session is an opportunity to loosen knots, reactivate energy flow, receive blessings, and gain perspective. The session takes place in a sacred space, with the receiver lying, clothed, on a massage table. In ceremonial space the receiver can open to the flow of healing energy, work on a specific concern, or experience general healing. The work is deeply relaxing, and touches all layers of your being: physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual.

Rowena Conahan, licensed massage therapist, began bodywork in 2005. Her style is based on connective tissue massage, a deep, slow, listening touch that uses minimal oil and leaves the skin and underlying tissues feeling refreshed and alive. She also engages a constant overlay of energy work.

This session is an intuitively-led balancing of the body's life force. Rowena Conahan has studied and practiced several forms of energy work over many years, including Reiki, Therapeutic Touch, Polarity Therapy, and more. Her approach is the master body worker's authentic amalgam of techniques learned and discovered.
