Two bodywork services are available: Spiritual Healing, and Massage.
Spiritual Healing
A spiritual healing session is an opportunity to loosen knots, reactivate energy flow, receive blessings, and gain perspective. The session takes place in a sacred space, with the receiver lying, clothed, on a massage table. Together, giver and receiver create a ceremonial container within which the receiver can open to the flow of healing energy, inviting it to work on a specific concern or to offer general healing. The work is deeply relaxing, and touches all layers of your being: physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual.

Rowena Conahan, a licensed massage therapist, entered the field of bodywork in 2005. Over the years, she's developed a personal style based on connective tissue massage, a deep, slow, listening touch that uses a minimal level of oil and leaves the skin and underlying tissues feeling refreshed and alive. She also engages a constant overlay of energy work.
